Everyday automation
Most businesses have a few things everyone knows are slow and nobody has time to fix. The same numbers typed into two systems because nothing connects them. An inbox somebody watches so a certain kind of message gets acted on. A report assembled by hand every month from the same four places. A quote that takes three days because it always has.
We find those and replace them with something that runs itself: business process automation, internal tools, custom AI agents built around how your team actually works, integration between systems you already pay for, and reporting that no longer needs a person to assemble it.
The operations review
A short, scoped engagement that maps where your time actually goes and delivers a written, prioritized list of what is worth fixing, what it would take, and roughly what it would cost. You own that document, and there is no obligation to build anything afterward.
This covers problems that can be solved with software, automation, and systems. Where a bottleneck is really about people or policy, we will tell you that plainly rather than sell you a tool for it.
Site care
Once a site is live it still needs looking after. A care plan covers security and dependency updates, uptime and hosting oversight, backups verified rather than just switched on, accessibility checked against the standard the site was built to, two hours of small content changes each month, and a short monthly note telling you what was done. New pages and new features are quoted separately.
Technical expertise and AI advice
Staff- and Architect-level judgment, available without hiring for it. Architecture review, code review and quality standards, technical due diligence, team mentoring, and unblocking stalled technical decisions.
On the AI side: AI-assisted development pipelines, Claude-based workflows and custom agents set up for a team, tooling selection, and strategy for non-technical clients asking how they should actually be using this. That comes from having built and shipped these pipelines on a real product rather than from having read about them.

Non-profit, school, and church rates are available across everything above, shown on every quote and invoice as a discount against the standard rate rather than as a separate price.
Every engagement is scoped in writing before the work starts. Nothing gets built on a verbal request and appears on an invoice later.
